Formosa Thermometer & Barometer Manufacturing Co., Ltd., FTB, founded in 1985 is a market leader mainly manufacturing high quality, accuracy, and precision digital pressure gauges, digital pressure switches, pressure transmitters & transducers, pressure gauge with electric contact, liquid-filled pressure gauges, ABS case pressure gauges, all stainless steel pressure gauges, electrical contact pressure gauges, and other FTB newly patented pressure gauge products, such as economical electrical contact pressure gauges, double-sided pressure gauges, self-defined warming zoned pressure gauges, and etc.

Being aware of the need for quality improvement, we indeed cooperated with Wiebrock Mess-und Regeltechnik GmbH, a specialized contact device manufacturer in Germany, to cope with managing new tech. and quality system; by doing so, our products have passed several examinations executed through Industrial Technology Research Institute of Taiwan (ITRI), and our products which were examined through ITRI can be traced back to the standards of CNLA--Chinese National Laboratory Accreditation. Therefore, we have moved ahead toward our quality maximization.

With the basic concept of technical cooperation with Wiebrock Mess, we started carrying out ISO 9002 quality assurance system within the company along with the assistance of Industry Development Bureau, China Productivity Center, and Metal Industry Research & Development Center to build the main frame of ISO 9002 QA, and we recently passed all the assessments inspected by BSI, British Standards Institute, and got certified. In addition, this year, we receive the Award of Symbol of Excellence Winner '97 (the Symbol shown above as "It's Very Well, made in Taiwan") on our pressure gauges sponsored by Taiwanese government.

Our creeds in quality management, operations management, and post-sale services are sincerity in quality control, earnest in process control, and responsibility in customer satisfaction.
