2 1/2" LM Pressure Transmitter Gauges, 4-20 mA, RS-485 Modbus RTU, NPN/PNP

The MTG model is manufactured under FTB-Developed and Patent-Pending Technology for the core contact system of the gauge using the "non-contact" sensoring system as the major device to keep the switchings more smooth, wear-free, accurate, quick, and thus make the life-span longer. Key features include 4-20 mA, RS-485 Modbus RTU, and NPN/PNP Open Collector Outputs.

3" Digital Pressure Gauge with Transmitter 4-20 mA

The second generation DPS-75II and DPG-100 offer a better solution for all applications in one unit. RS-485 serial communications, PNP or NPN open collectors, 0-5/10 VDC or 4-20 mA analog outputs are available to choose from. RS-485, also known as TIA-485(-A), EIA-485, is a standard defining the electrical characteristics of drivers and receivers for use in serial communications systems. PNP or NPN open collectors are suitable for replacing traditional mechanical switch contacts. Analog outputs of 0-5/10 VDC and 4-20 mA are transmitter solutions to replace traditional pressure transmitters. The All-in-One design offers another ideal solution for system integration.

4" Mechanical Gauge with 4-20 mA

Differences between this specific model and MTG-63 / 100 are a rugged, impact-resistant housing and a simple, single analog 4-20 mA output. For customer groups that do not require NPN / PNP / RS-485, products with simplified functions are provided to facilitate customer use.

4.5" Phenolic Pressure Gauges

The gauges are designed in accordance with safety specifications of ASME B 40.1 and DIN 16006. The safety design consists of a solid wall between pressure sensing element and the window. In addition to protecting users from fluid and particles in the event of failure, the back of the gauges are designed to blow out and release the pressure inside the case. The designs provide a better safety for monitoring the gauge in the event of gauge failures. The gauges are widely used in chemical and petrochemical processing, food and beverage processing industries, plastic and paper manufacturing plants, oceanographic engineering, and various engineering projects.
